Envisioning Hartford City Plan

Site: Washington Avenue, Hartford, CT, USA

The aim of this project was to work with the City of Hartford in envisioning their plans into reality for Hartford 400 City Plan highlighting the use of public transport, densifying the community with housing and encourage people to use bikes.
